We can always count on the Washigton Examiner (very Conservative paper). See the headline above. There just isn't much to say. It would be similar to Le Monde (the French Newspaper) announcing with the increase of ex-patriate Americans infltrating their country that their English scores were increasing.
My real question is... was this the biggest news of the day?

I feel bad for the people handing out the Examiner, because I almost never take their paper. I try to be polite about it because it's not their fault it's a neocon rag, but still.
